How Does This Make You Feel?

Days blurred into weeks and not much had changed. Still stuck in a hole, after trespassing on a pack she knew nothing about. In retrospect she wished she hadn't but Kaija wasn't the type to live with regrets. Shit happened, and the fact that she hadn't been killed yet meant there was some way out of the mess. Maybe.
Nothing that she could do on her own though. She'd tried to climb her way out, but even with a running start she couldn't quite make it. Annoying, but she hadn't stopped trying. At least it gave her something to do in this place - jump at the wall half the time, and plot her escape the other.
Though the substances Scylla had been feeding her gave her another break from those two activities. From everything, really. A lot of them made her mind seem to stray somewhere else for quite some time and having any real grasp on those hours felt difficult. Sneering up at her captor, she ingested what had been fed to her. It was obvious to her now that she wasn't trying to kill her, though she knew accidents could happen... not like she had a lot of other options, though.
It wasn't long before she started to feel unsteady on her paws. Lying down against the wall of the pit she'd been trapped in, she closed her eyes and tried to will away the dizziness. It, of course, didn't work and she still felt the world spinning when she heard Scylla return and ask her a question. "Feeling just fine," she lied. "Great, even. Better than ever. You should try some," Kaija taunted her, flashing a slight grin.
