Balrog ushered her gently deeper into the cave. He was looking for water, she was just playing in the water! It got boring though, what kind-a water was this? He had her attention and the mention of bug definitely made her nose crinkle at the thought. She didn't like bugs much. Why was her nose are stingy?
"Oh is that why Momma gets all fussy about being in the sun too long? Is that why you're here? Did you get too much sun?" She asked as she followed him to the water source. It was crystal clear with a gentle current. Water dripped down onto the pool from above. the pool looked almost like it was lit from within, but it was just her snowy completion reflecting off it.
"Woaah" She said and took a few tentative sips. It was so fresh and chilly! It must be coming from the very top of the mountain! Without thinking further she dipped into the pool with a practised dive. Coming up to the surface for a breath and to shake the water out of her ears.
"Ooooh Bal its so nice and chilly! Its not like the hot pools! Daddy said I was gonna be the best swimmer in the Armada!" She exclaimed and swam easily in a circle. How deep could she dive here? How deep was it? With a breath, she slipped under the surface again and ran her paws to pull herself deeper. She couldn't get much deeper than she could in the shallow pool and bobbed back up to the surface.
