Again Atreyu found herself nodding as Fic told her to be patient with Petra, that wasn't hard, she loved her sister even with her trauma. They would all get through it if they stayed together and unified. Atreyu believed they could do it, though her aspirations were loftier than a wandering band. They would need a place to settle down soon. "I know they will recover, they are a resilient bunch." Atreyu smiled and listened as her friend spoke once more, only responding when Fic paused to let her answer. She didn't mind filling in her friend, and of course she had questions of her own. When she spoke about Atreyu finding her calling, Atreyu let out a small laugh and nodded. "I know it won't be easy, but I feel more secure, I guess. Like I know what I want for our futures, and I believe I know how to lead us there." She smiled then, listening as Fic described her new home and the Bone Queen.

She would have to learn more about this so-called Bone Queen, Atreyu was needing to meet with each of the alphas she supposed. Of course, she would have to discover the other packs first. She knew they were around, she just hadn't run into one yet. Obscura and Vedia she knew of, but she had never visited before. The thought had her nerves up, but she wasn't afraid. Atreyu wouldn't let herself be afraid of anything. Fic changed the subject to the weather, and Atreyu found herself looking around them. "I do hope we get some actual rain soon, the herbs and medicinal plants are all withering away. Makes it hard for a healer out here." Storms had been frequent but brief, certainly not enough water for the plants of Boreas.
