Enyo moved with purpose, her massive paws barely making a sound as she led Erebros and Medusa through the plains. The scent of blood filled her senses. The sweet metallic promise of success. The traps she had set earlier had worked perfectly, and now the injured giraffe’s trail of crimson led them through the open terrain.
She paused, lifting her head to scan the horizon. There it was, limping heavily, the wounds on its legs staining its path with each pained step. Enyo’s piercing gaze narrowed as her muscles coiled in anticipation.
With a low growl, Enyo signaled her companions, her intent clear. She darted forward, her large form a flash of black and white against the flat plains, closing the distance in powerful strides. The giraffe, sensing her approach, turned, eyes wide with fear. Enyo sprang, aiming her massive jaws at the creature's hind leg, her teeth seeking purchase in the tender, wounded flesh, ready to bring the towering beast crashing down.
