Ooh! He was excited! As soon as his mother told him what they were doing today, he was all too eager to get started! Following along with excitement and anticipation, Ripper followed happily behind his mother and marveled at the beast that came into view. The metallic tang of blood flooded the air, telling of an injury on the tall creature. But the wolves would waste no time in going in for it, and so Ripper would do the same. As two of them went for the legs, and Medusa went jumping around beneath it like an angry chihuahua, Ripper cackled as he dove in and out in attacking a front leg. The giraffe would try to stomp and kick, but it was hard when it was being harassed so much. Finally when it stopped, he almost didn't see its head coming for him, and it was only at the last second that he felt a whoosh of air and some knobby looking things right in front of his nose, causing him to abruptly put on the brakes and nearly trip over himself as it nearly knocked him into the sky. Luckily, it had missed. Barely. And he remembered what his mother had said on the way here. Well, he definitely didn't want to die today. But still, the giraffe would keep trying. It kicked sideways with a front hoof, bowling him over into the dirt. "Ow ow ow..." Okay, that one hurt like hell. No doubt he'd have a massive bruise from it later... |
