The bear uttered an angry bellow, then began to do something with Solaire while Ember snarled and tugged with all her might to keep Saga off balance, her hold strong and secure on her opponent's leg. Movement at the corner of her eye saw the bear trying to pick up Solaire who had gone dead weight to prevent himself from being manhandled, and Ember sprung into action. If they were going to beat the bear, they'd have to keep her attention divided. Em released Saga's leg and bolted around to her opposite side, then leaped in an attempt to grasp onto the bear's thick hide with her retractable feline claws. If she succeeded, she'd clamber atop the arctic ursine's back, aiming to rush up across the bear's back and grasp her by the back of the neck to force her into submission.
