The Thrill of Control

He spun moments after he felt his paw connect. Not to her skull, as he had hoped. Something softer, and more manoeuvrable. He wasn’t sure where, exactly. The motion of her tucking a limb gave it away, and he grinned at her. This was his first time looking at his attacker, and she was… a diminutive thing. It was lucky his kick had hit her at all, there wasn’t exactly much to aim for.

She lunged at him, and he raised a paw, attempting to wrap his larger limb round her even as she came in close to bleed him. As her teeth sought his flesh, he attempted to slash his fangs across her own skin. “As you wish.” He whispered darkly in response to her word.
