Quote:The last time that she had seen Maija she had just been enstated as Tortuga's queen. Now though, the woman was a rogue - but she still held an air about her that the albino couldn't help but admire. It was respectable whatever it was, and Io enjoyed the feeling - and as the golden female approached her, she would lower her head in a bow. "I have been looking for you and your followers." Tortuga was not her home without them, without her family and the wolves that she had learned to look after. The healer was glad to be among wolves that she found familiar - in the end, it was probably what she wanted the most. Something constant, something stable. And that was what she felt she could have if she stayed with this group - she had failed to attain it with her own family. "I take it Viridiana and Zara are not here." She did not smell the Sovari on this island, but there was always the chance that they were hiding further in, masked by the smell of salt and island flora.
Looking the woman over for a moment, she seemed to be doing well - as healthy as any soon to be mother could be. It was then that the albino's eyes would widen slightly, and her lips would lift into a somewhat sheepish smile. "Ah, Congratulations miss Maija, on the litter." They had not been born yet, but the golden fae would surely have a couple of healthy pups at least. "Do you have a guess, as to how many there are?" She would tilt her head just slightly with the question, her magenta gaze meeting the other she wolf's as she did.
