Suggestions

A way to search/filter to see what chars have which specialties! I'm always curious to see which ones are more popular over others, less used, etc, and which chars have what without having to check individual profiles. Maybe something similar to how the awards are done (when you click an award, it shows which chars have that particular award).

On that note, a way for staff/users to track when specialties were obtained/changed now that we have that new waiting period, please! That would be immensely helpful!
