Flare placed himself exactly where he had indicated he would, and waited. He knew Enyo would be taking a moment to ensure she could successfully separate the Pronghorn from its pairs.

He knew the moment she had done so, as the air filled with snaps and snarls as she frightened it and relied on its terror to lead it straight to him. He listened until the sound of its crashing was close before launching himself forward, hitting the pronghorn hard on the side. Bowling it over into the grasses as he sought out its throat. Enyo would have to help him hold down the long legged and horned creature
