Delphi was good at hiding her interior feelings. Not many knew how she truly felt beneath the surface, but she had a feeling that Strai could always see right through her veil. So even now, as she crouches to gently caress the carving on the spire, she doesn't try to hide the shiver of fear that runs down her spine. When Strai finally speaks up, Delphi startles, her fur raising up and eyes flying wide. Whirling around to look at him, she smiles sheepishly before taking a look around at the other spires. "When have we ever said no to trouble?" Her smile widens into a playful as she jumps up, shaking off the nervousness. Moving to dance between Strai's legs, she keeps close as they continue to explore deeper into the land... |
