Her eyes danced between his then her gaze fell to the floor between his feet. Sirius had said this? Her ears flattened as it finally struck her, her nose turning away from him. The anger in his voice twisted a knot in her chest, a vestige of control slipping from her grasp like dry sand. She looked back at the poor petrified little slave, backing herself into a corner. Vibrant purple eyes wide in terror as Ignita held her fate in her paws.
A shuddering sigh shook her chest as she struggled to uphold her composure. Her face came back to look at him. But her eyes were distant, glassed over by barely contained grief. She opened her mouth to murmur but it wouldn't come. She tried again-
"- Then..." Her voice broke as she closed her eyes. Her lip curled indignantly, her body trembled as she growled while her reaction mounted, "Then I guess what we have is all we get! Get out!" She snarled and turned away from him, hiding the angry tears away from him. She wanted a moment of peace to grieve and cry it out.
