I think my brain is rotting in places

The bird swooping down to attack her face was not something she had calculated a response too. The sharp feeling of talons against her face sent her shaking her head, but the damage had already been done. While it wasn't a lot it was enough to distract her for a mere moment, that was until she heard the feral snarl rip from her opponent's throat. Her head turned to face him again.

Then he was charging toward her with HORNS? She had a slim moment to move out of their way, flinging her body left and out of his way. Her own face twisted into a snarl, before giving off a dangerous chuckle as he spoke. Using the moment he spoke to fling herself in his direction, hoping to slam into his right side and wrap her forelegs across his back. Aiming to bite at the back of his head, maybe if she was lucky even knowing that pesky helmet off of his head. She did not like that thing.

Either way, afterward she would not stay so close to him, jumping back to at least keep some space between them. She stared him down with a wild sort of look in her eyes, like something that wanted to burst through the surface but was being held back.
