Empousa would growl softly as he slashed at her face, shaking her head as she snarled at the pup. That one hurt a little, but he was learning and so she was proud of him at the same time. She was beginning to feel conflicted here. His claws managed to land a few more scratches on the back of her legs as she continued going after him to try and pin him down. Bring her right paw down and aiming to hit him square in the chest to push him onto his back. She would pull her head back too, to avoid further assaults on it as she looked down at the Prince.

She would then crack a prideful smile, no matter if he somehow managed to turn the tables or not she was proud of him! He was doing good! And she had a soft spot for pups, what was she supposed to do, be mad?? She couldn't be. She would move back after whether or not she landed the hit.
