Two times the charm

Alaric's maws found the rough hide of the bear's neck. He latched on with force, his fangs burrowing deep within skin and he began to shake his head violently. His gaze flashed to Amelia, who much to his surprise was taking the bear face on. Maybe he had underestimated the woman. His ears caught the sounds of more wolves entering the fray, except they were going for the bear that Maul and Cinder were keeping at bay. Alaric focused back on what he was doing and kept shaking his head, tearing at the flesh of the neck of the bear as it tried to get him off.

Maul and Cinder noticed the two strange wolves take charge and begin to attack the bear. That's when Cinder, the usually more tame of the two cane corsos, lunged himself at the face of the bear. He latched onto the bear's cheek and began to tear at the face, being drugged through the grass as the bear tried to pull away. Maul went in for the neck of the bear, mirroring Alaric as he ferociously latched onto the neck and began to tear away at the thick hide.
