The man spoke, his smile honest as he offered his own body heat. The offer was quite appealing, but she hardly knew this man, not to mention he could easily snatch her up and steal her away. He was a good ten inches taller than her. A soft smile revealed some of her pearl razors as she met his calm, electric teal gaze. ?I don't mind, I'm horribly awkward, a gene that seemed to skip everyone else in the family.? She replied, chuckling. Her thick russet banner beat upon the warped floorboards, sending a plume of dust upwards. A strange sneeze was uttered by the princess, like a mouse's squeak. Shaking her tiara a bit, she smiled sheepishly up at the tri-pigmented man, her proof of being awkward right there. ?See, if I wasn't awkward, I wouldn't have done that.? She said with a chuckle, her mind sending her into a ramble in the presence of a man who was quite attractive. She was like a child, since she was the runt of the litter, but she didn't mind. She wondered if her father would mind her being around males, since he seemed to be one to control women's exposure to strange men. Why he did this was a mystery, but it wasn't all that bad, in the ivory masked lass' opinion. ?Speech? |
