Selene bounded and played happily over the rocks as they approached a cavern opening. Where would this one go?
"So we gotta go spelunking! How far do we go before we know it's not a threat?" She asked Wylan after her brother asked him how many other scouts were out there. She sniffed the ground before this cave, trying to pick up any strange scents. Pack defense was important work! She wanted to map every nook and cranny of this place! She could find all the best hiding spots!
"And if we find a cave that leads out what do we do? Do we block it ourselves or mark it for another team?" She narrowed her eyes into the darkness trying to see how far she could look into the cave. This one had a strange smell she didn't recognize. She wondered why. She could hear faint drips from within the cave. Her body froze as she thought she saw movement within. The hackles on her back rose as she glanced at her mentor and then at her brother. She found something!
