As she regales him with a simple speech Eltrys pays the crowd no mind. He widens his legs and lowers his head. After a brief observation of her companion overhead, he narrows his eyes ready for anything, and digs his claws into the dirt for purchase. He leans forward with muscles coiled ready to spring as she takes each pointed step toward him.
She charges and he leans closer to the ground waiting. She leaps into the air and a flash of feathers attempts to dive bomb him. He hissed as the bird raked its claws over his left eyelid! Incensed, he tucked his chin to his chest as he rolled to his left and toward her to dodge the woman's attacks at the last moment.
As soon as Eltrys rolls clear he spins with a snarl and leaps with his jaws agape attempting to latch his jaws over her right hind heel and sink his teeth into the Achilles tendon. Using his paws he attempts to reach her left hind leg and pull her footing out from under her.
