Eltrys trusted in the powerful jaws of his fossa Dagdrin, as he trusted in the swift acrobatics of his swallow-tailed kite, Feyr, watching the fight from a nearby pile of bones.

His bite pierced her skin, and he tasted the sharp tang of blood. Eltrys felt her recoil, he attempted to cling to the flesh over her right eye with his teeth to tear away the skin as both their movements forcibly separated them by two feet.

He landed back on the ground, quickly splaying his legs and toes out for balance, and his claws dug into the dirt for more traction. He tucked his tail against his belly and coiled all his limbs for ease of movement, keeping his center of gravity low. With his neck aligned with his spine, he rolled his shoulders forward. Eltrys pressed his ears against his skull, narrowed his eyes, and tucked in his muzzle.

Eltrys kept his body low to the ground as he launched forward toward Enyo. Instead of where she aimed to grab his right molaris muscle, her teeth grazed his skin roughly down the right side of his neck, nearly reaching his trapezius. He used his back legs to push himself up toward her chest, attempting to shove his right shoulder furiously hard into her right pectoral while at the same time, he reached out with his left foreleg and attempted to hook and pull her right elbow toward him to unbalance her.

While Eltrys launched forward, Feyr the acrobatic companion, was in the air and dive-bombed down to Enyo's left side of her face. Feyr attempted to scrape her claws against the woman's left eye. His maw attempted to reach out and use his momentum to grasp and hold her throat tightly with his teeth, trying to make it harder for her to breathe.

Eltrys growled and snarled in pain as Atromitos slashed his upper back muscles along the top of his back with its claws.
