Everything's Wrong

Vanille had settled in to this life as much as she could. It was almost all she knew up to now. She had been given back some of her memories but it was all a haze. She knew it wasn't always like this but a part of her will power had been broken in the transition. She was never much a strong type anyway, so how much change would there be if she could remember everything clearly?
She had made a little makeshift den in the sparce pines solely for the purpose of growing herbs. It was a little difficult in the north for some things, but there was always a way around it. She had buried a pane of glass so the sun could make it's way in from above, and she kept some water storage inside to keep the moister in. It wasn't a den big enough for a wolf, just to get your paws into to work with the few different plants inside. Her own little project. With a rooted Boneset plant beside her, she dug a small hole inside the small green house. It wasn't much but at least something to fill her time in the days she spent here.
