The snarl filled Ultyr's ears and returned it in kind with a harsh growl of his own. Ultyr was not used to losing, but he had lost many of his powerful accouterments upon his exile. With his legs spread for balance, his eyes narrowed for protection and his ears slick against his skull he shoved his full weight into the dark brute's chest. His claws dug into the earth and his tail level with his spine for balance.
As Azriel lifted on his hind legs to grasp Ultyr's neck, Ultyr whipped his head back and up. He launched a full frontal face attack, attempting to clasp his teeth over the cheek of the other in turn!
