It Takes Two

It had been quite a while since she'd been to the battlefield for anything other than watching someone's else's challenge. In fact, it had been some time since she had participated in a true fight of her own. The elven maiden made her way across the field in search of a spar, especially now that the world was returning to normal once again. Lynx-like ears tilted forward, the breeze gently sweeping the elongated fur on her body as she walked gracefully, head held high before tilting it back to summon an opponent. How rusty had she gotten in her skills? Would it come naturally to her? The shimmering glow of her body pulsed with anticipation as she waited for someone to arrive.
