Soon enough, some weird looking wolf showed up swinging an axe no less. Well that was a new one. How was he supposed to work around that? This was a risk he was almost willing to back away from, but how could he run away from a fight? Wouldn't that be proving that he wasn't worthy enough to be welcome to stay past his first birthday?

"Yes," he said adamantly as the other pup approached and closed the distance between them. The weird wolf was posturing low, keeping himself inline and agile. Dracun puffed his chest out, although the landing would be padded with thick fur it would be an abrupt stop none the less, and tucked his chin to protect his throat until the other child was close enough that he could lunge for their scruff just behind their crown.
