Toy’s, dire’s, paleo’s and everything amid, Lebraid had surely seen it all, yet knew to expect no less, nor bounds, from mother earth’s wildering intent —— be it a benediction or a curse, this world was defiantly outlandish.
In the foregone, affinity bore into fruition, but here, it was depleted of just that.
Alas, from across the carping plains of a battlefield broiled in cerise tinges, came a gnarled, oak woodland of tendril-plagued, warping boughs, kissing the empyrean in a quilt of thicketing crusoe and kelly-green fronds. Soaring, searching, strangulating. It was almost uncanny, albeit she knew better. A drab, hollow thrum bellowed past wet lips in ire of how plaiting and claustrophobic some of the arms were; even then, their malachite, spearmint and clover foliages blushed blonde beneath sparse galleries of sunlight, paving pockets for autumn’s brisk, garden-fresh air. Still, she didn’t care much for decor or aesthetics, mossbed and tundora jacket therein purling like waves in a fitful ocean -- eyes ogled the contorting greenwood, leaves milling undertoe as her mass ironed hard into the earth -- breaths heavy, nerves edgy. There was only one goal here today, however, because in order to rise, there must be bedrocks; acumen, for one, was a basis most worthy. Affiliates, rivals, affairs and challenges, possessing such knowledge would be more than lucrative in future consultations. You see, this demoniacal wolf was no dahm fool, but rather a calculative, intuitive and cynical woman, intending to get exactly what she wanted, when she wanted it.
To be afeared by many, could it truly be so obscure?
