Thinking she was alone, Atreyu let out her stresses and worries on the bushes and vines around her, the dire woman appearing to be having a temper tantrum almost. When the voice of a stranger cut through the noise she was making, Atreyu froze in mid-swipe to turn and look at the source of the voice. Upon first sighting, the girl was young, though not much younger than Atreyu herself. The question she posed raised curiosity in Atreyu. She couldn't let another feel the brunt of her pain, taking out her grief on another fully wouldn't help anyone and would only end in more tears. But, the girl looked almost eager at the thought of a fight, so Atreyu wondered if she should oblige the girl.

"We can talk later...I have to get this out...If you don't mind." Her breaths were ragged and a bit on the gaspy side, still-flowing tears giving the clue as to why. She anchored herself, spreading her limbs out evenly to balance herself, tail flagging out behind her parallel to the ground. Atreyu lowered her head and curled back her lips, "You first, please." She asked through gritted teeth, her hackles beginning to raise as adrenaline began to pump through her body at the thought of a fight.
