Seize the bay!

Observant eyes watched the make shift battle field and a bit of movement to her left caught her attention, making her turn her head toward a lanky yearling that seemed to have her sights set on her. From what she had seen of Tojo's fighters thus far it seemed that they were making use of this raid to put their younger wolves through their paces and she was certainly more than willing to give them a lesson of sorts. The white and red-hued girl moved in quick, leading with her shoulder that went to connect with her own. Briar used the firm shoulder of her armor to take the brunt of the blow and then tried to shove back into the hit in the same breath to put a fraction of distance between them. It wasn't to get out of combat range with her, but instead just to give her enough time to lean back and avoid her opponent's reaching jaws. Quickly turning her head so that her antlers were pointing toward the girl's face, she made it very clear without saying a word that the young fighter would either need to rethink her attack or end up shoving her face into the points of her antlers. A quick flick of her tail was a silent signal for the antlered fox that had remained hidden in a near by bush, Marigold darting out behind the Tojo young woman to nip at her heels and generally be a distraction or a hindrance. Marigold certainly didn't enjoy joining in on these fights, but she wasn't going to just leave Briar to her own devices either.
