Ardent Wrapped 2024

In celebration of the New Year, I thought it be a fun bonus to take a second to look back at 2024 on Ardent! In the spirit of the year-end Spotify Wrapped playlists that go around during the holiday season, let's take a look at some of the facts and figures from the past year... and yes, there are also presents to "unwrap!"

How many characters were created?

This year we created 365 new characters (this may include reactivations). Holy shit! That’s one new citizen of Boreas or Auster a day if it was broken down throughout the year. Reward: 365 gems

How many of those characters came from litters born onsite?

Out of 365 new characters, 96 of those created were litters born on site! Congrats to all of the new parents (or I’m sorry, depending on how those kids are turning out). Reward: “Puppy Pack” - 1 extra pup pass, 1 double point pup/parent lesson pass, 1 (½) price pup companion pass

How many new threads and posts were created this year?

We created a staggering 4,055 new threads and 27,805 new posts. WOW! Reward: Lucky Rabbit's Foot

How many packs were challenged for, and how many packs rose (or fell)?

Packs were challenged for 6 times throughout the year. In the beginning of this year, the pack roster was: Armada, Ashen, Avalon, Elysium, Ethne, The Hallows, Heiðinn, Insomnia, Norad, Raiders Hollow, Tojo-kai, Valta, Syndicate Band We're closing out 2024 with: Armada, Avalon, Elysium, Felisgarde, The Hallows, Insomnia, Obscura, Raiders Hollow, The Syndicate, Norad, Tojo-kai, Vedia, Death Tidings Band, Judilian Band Reward: Defensive or offensive battle accessory, all the better to defend your homeland with! (Added to OOC as Large Accessory - Battle Accessory)

How many pack raids were held this year?

We have had 16 inter-pack raids this year! It’s getting bloody up in here. Much love to our judges who keep things running smooth! Reward: (1) Post-acceptance 3” growth spurt, to get swole for the new year!
