Billy Goats Gruff [Inferna]

The young wolfdog was excited, her tail swaying slightly as the other woman approached her. Another white-coated wolf with a white coated bird? She couldn't help but stare at her in a bit of awe. She gave a nod of her own once Marrow revealed the plan, hunting was always easier with another.

Her albino raven flapped down to perch on a nearby boulder, its beady red eyes glinting as it watched Marrow move into position. Below, Inferna crouched lower, muscles coiling with anticipation as she prepared to intercept.

"I got this," she murmured to herself, her voice barely more than a breath. The wolverine beside her sniffed the air, claws scraping softly against a rock as it shifted beside her, eager for action.

Inferna's ears perked at the sharp caw of Marrow's crow, followed by the thunder of hooves scattering across the mountainside. Her heart raced as the herd moved in a frenzy, and then she saw the injured goat stumbling down the slope, forced there by Marrow's calculated attack. Inferna's raven launched into the air, swooping toward the goats and causing them to veer away from her position, leaving the wounded male isolated.

The goat stumbled again, its injured leg wobbling on uneven terrain. Inferna sprang into motion then, her pale form flashing as she surged forward. The wolverine raced beside her, a fierce snarl erupting from its throat as they both closed in on their prey. In an instant, the wolfdog latched on to her prey, her jaws finding themselves tightly clenched down around the goat's throat. Her wolverine worked on the injured leg simultaneously, as they both worked to bring it down.
