Slowly, the details of the chamber materialized in front of him. Warped shadows seemed to shift and move with each flicker of moonlight, making it hard to map the size of the cavern- but it was large enough to harbor several wolves. He took another step inside, his claws clicking against the cold, stone floor.
His ears perked forward, absorbing every sound- every shift in the atmosphere. The scuttling of someone small pressing against the wall caught his attention, his eerie, bi-colored eyes darting to follow the movement. There. In the corner of the room, Zagan made out the silhouette of another canine.
A flicker of excitement danced in his gaze, his lips pulling back to reveal a flash of sharp teeth. “Hello girl.” He said, his voice low, deep, and commanding- equally soothing and terrifying. “Who…” He took a few more steps toward her, slowly closing the space between them. “Do you belong to?” Most of the Sidi had masters, but a select few were meant for everyone to enjoy. But did that really matter? Zagan was a Saxe, and a prince at that- it was his right to have access to all of the Sidi.
