Back to where it started

Atreyu smirked as she remembered when she met Alaric here, their battle of wits and the sour tour that followed. Shaking her head with a soft laugh to herself, Atreyu looked back to where Alaric was held up - something had caught his attention. Bigs stopped and looked back as well, waiting for Alaric and his white bundle, though Atreyu moved fully onto the beach before Alaric was able to catch up to her. She had been aware of him following, though she doubted he was trying to hide it. One black ear tipped back as he approached and cleared his throat, her head turning to follow the motion as she caught sight of the pup he carried.

Spotted tail began to wave back and forth as he set the pup down to speak, a broad smile planted on her features. "Of course, I would be interested! What about you little one? Would you come with me?" She asked of the little pup, who barked and ran over to Atreyu to play between her front legs, the small pup stepping a paw on one of her toes to make the claw come out of its sheath. Giggling, Atreyu looked back to meet the fiery orange gaze of Alaric. "Wait...where are the parents? She looks like she needs to eat." Looking around, there wasn't any land-dwelling prey around, but Atreyu knew how to fish.
