Raumr responds with his own chuckle at the teasing words of the wolf. It wasn't every day that a wolf could best him, but stranger things had happened. Plus it seemed this one was quick on his paws. Startled by the sudden movement and lunging body of his opponent, Raumr hops backward, feeling the whir of air brush by him as teeth go for his elbow.

Attempting to reposition himself at a better angle for attack, curving his body slightly, he's surprised by the slash of sharp claws against his belly. Yowling in pain, Raumr reacts instinctually now. Fuck trying to be smart about it. Quickly, he swings out his front paws trying to grab ahold of the wolf's neck and bring him into a grappling position.
