His feet traveled quickly over the leaf covered ground. When Alena had traveled to Amenti for the second time he slunk off. It was low, very low of him to do, but he didn't understand himself right now. He had gone to see if he really couldn't live without her, if this really was love that he was feeling. It didn't take him long to figure out that it was painful to be out of her presence, but he knew that simple crushes could provide the same feeling.

Finally though, he could no longer take it. It had been almost a season and each day a bit of his inner self died without her and the pups around. That was why he was here, to find her. he had no idea why he hadn't gone straight to Amenti. Maybe because this was the last place he saw her. Either way he would call for her now, and see if by some miracle she still wished to see him.

A long clear howl pierced the stillness of the night. Sitting on his haunches, his platinum eyes cut through the darkness looking for her. They almost glowed. Dempsey had no idea what he was going to say to her if she actually came though. That part of this whole ordeal had not hashed out in his mind as of yet. However, he felt as though she would appreciate if he made this as little complicated as possible and just told the truth. That would probably be his course of action.

He smiled at the thought of seeing her again. She would try and kill him that's for sure. A deep chuckle left his lips. That was the woman he fell in love with that's for sure. And if she truly wanted to kill him, he'd probably let her. There was no measurable amount for how much self hatred he had for the pain he must have put her though. He wasn't worthy to be here right now. He should probably just turn around and leave. She was so much better than him, he didn't deserve her. Dempsey sighed. He would give it a minute or two before he just left for good.
