Satu couldn't help but lay her ears back in annoyance when the other wolf barked so rudely at her. Unthinkingly, she snapped back at him, "Look, you came to me so I don't see how it's my problem you aren't in a pack. This isn't even pack territory!" She managed to clamp her mouth shut before any more peevish words could escape. Adventure she wanted, but being torn apart by a much larger, obviously irritable wolf would not be a great way to end an otherwise great day. "Please forgive my rudeness," she muttered dutifully after taking a few deep breaths to chase away most of the annoyance.
She watched as Angel began to walk away before turning to add more to the conversation. Well, she could either forget him and go back to the ice formations, or she could follow him and risk getting her ears shredded. Honestly the lake just wouldn't be the same now that she knew she wasn't alone out here, so really there was only one option in Satu's mind. Skittering a little on the ice, the little wolf jogged to catch up with Angel. "Assassin, huh? That sounds exciting." Despite her earlier annoyance, she gave him a friendly smile. "You know, I have been considering joining a pack. Some of my cousins are in Ludicael, it doesn't seem so bad. Though maybe I might join one of the darker packs instead - wouldn't that make an interesting story to tell? Not sure I'd like some of the stuff the rumors say they do though." She spoke quickly and cheerfully as she trotted at the larger wolf's side.
