--on thin ice--

A good natured chuckle reached her ears, bring a one sided smirk to the dames dark face. "If only it were that easy." seating herself carefully, tail curled around frame, resting on her paws. It certainly was easy enough to just leave her pack behind for a few hours, but it was a little more difficult to leave all her worries at the border. Her puppies where growing fast, and keeping track of them was growing more and more difficult. And then there was Kaios. No words could describe that mess. She preferred to keep that problem tucked away in the back of her mind. As much as she could anyways.

"And you are?" inquiring about the fiery colored wolf, surely she came from somewhere, was someone, distracting herself from her wandering thoughts. She really needed to pull herself together, it seemed that nowadays she was growing more and more scatterbrained. She had duties to fulfill, mouths to feed. She needed to ground herself. For now though she set her attention on the mysterious wolf sitting before her, trying to ignore the acidic sulfur smell that assaulted her nostrils.
