In all of her darkness, the silver knight never finds it in herself to condemn her children. After a successful hunting venture (well, in that she had gotten a bird or two), she returns to her den. Affectionately she assesses each fluffball, assuring herself that they are safe. Alas, immediately she realizes one is missing, and a cold panic grips her heart. At first she yips for her daughter before deciding to search for her. Long limbs carry her gracefully towards the scent, tracing the silver girl?s smell to the source. Upon seeing here, unharmed, the mother relaxes somewhat. She approaches, seeking to press a pink tongue to the outside of her face. ?Talvi, you shouldn?t wander by yourself just yet? she gently reprimands. She does not know what she would do if harm were to befall one of her children; they are her happiness now. For she has given so much for them, including the bond she has with their older siblings. |
