When the summons of the albino king rang through the land, he abandoned the trail of hares that he had been tracking with a sigh. His stomach rumbled loudly, he was hungry, but he wouldn't keep the pack waiting. Turning, the lean boy moved quickly towards the meeting place, his pace eating at the ground- strides covering it quickly, heart thrumming in his chest. When he would get there, he would see many other wolves, but he would not know most of them. Slipping between the trees, he would take a seat at the edge of the crowd, his rump would find the ground with a soft thump as he attentively watched the crowd, his eye coming to rest on the royal pair. Wagging his tail, where it rested on the ground rustling in the debris, he would let out a woof of greeting and wait. Speech, |
