Character Slots: 16, since 3 chars were recently set inactive and one char given out, and one dying but slots were not filled. So that totals to 4000 total. according to Seren. Put them all on Eon's account.

EDIT: You have only ever purchased five extra character slots, and only had two additional ones before the update announcing eight characters. Therefore, you will only receive refunds for these.
