From The Ashes

Esperanza could see the female named, Arietta. Her brownish pelt was something that made her stick out, but Esperanza did not know much about the femme, but she was intent on knowing more about her pack, and the wolves that inhabit it. The smell of oak and maple filled her senses as she breathed in the scent with a deep inhale, then with a more slower exhale. Spring had come upon them finally, and she couldn't help but smile at the change of the seasons. Her ebony coat was slowly starting to shed, but she didn't show it to her pack. The brood approached Arietta and bowed her head in respect to the female. "Hello," was all Esperanza could say, for she did not know if she was taken into Glaciem because of the way she looked, or if she was fierce like most of her pack. The smell of the pack also filled her nostrils as she couldn't help but take in the scent so that she could be able to remember it if she were ever alone again.
