((I must apologize for not seeing this sooner. Two jobs suck.))
Daedalus was scared of the booming. The sky was angry, water fell hard and quickly, and Daedalus did everything he could to get back. If anything, he wanted to get back and be safe. Daedalus was running as ast as he could with his small paws, but even he at his size couldn't run so far so quickly."Momma!" he shouted over the thunder and the rain. The young brown pup was soaked and his purple eyes seemed to be faded in color with fear. The young boy shivered as he often ducked behind ferns and trees to avoid the thunder and scary flashes of light.
Another boom crashed, and a low groaning scream sounded and Daedalus looked up to see a giant tree beginning to fall his way. The young boy, scared as he was, piddled where he stood and before the tree got close, he shuffled to the side and jumped as it crashed to the ground. The tree barely missed him, however, the boy was now stuck as where he stood was a dip in the ground low enough for him to fit, but not enough to allow him to get out.
"Mom! Dad! Please!"
Daedalus screamed at the top of his lungs, not liking where he was at now. tears streamed down his face as he sobbed loudly and tried to dig out of the hole he was in with his claws, but it was no use. The only sound was more rain, and more thunder that seemed to surround him. Daedalus felt like with him being as stuck as he was, that he would not be found as only two paws could be seen sticking out, and a small orb of violet. Daedalus checked behind him to see if there was a way out, but there was none. With being the color brown, Daedalus matched into the earth almost too well and it frightened him. What if they couldn't locate him? What if he were to die here? That was something Daedalus couldn't fathom as panic and fear began to set in so much that he was almost hyperventilating, and combined with sobbing would cause one very bad headache later.
There was a new problem though minus his screaming and crying. What Daedalus didn't know was that with all the rain coming down, water was filling his little hole rather quickly. Daedalus splashed around in it as the level stayed just above his paws. If it got any higher, there was a risk of the young boy drowning within the trap. As Daedalus tried to stick out his nose, water kept coming in at a rapid rate. Where it came from, Daedalus didn't know but he remembered he was by the small creek south of the den, so it was easily predictable that it possibly had flooded.
