The babe would continue to watch him, eyes closing slowly as she batted her lashes while waiting for a response- though when she got one, she wished she hadn't. She would listen to him, audits perking forward, and lips occasionally lifting into a smile. Never before had someone, let alone a male, told her these things. She was used to being a harlot beneath her thirsty kings rule and nothing more. What was she supposed to do with someone who loved her? So many thoughts and memories flooded her mind while listening to him speak. So many decisions needed to be made. Was Isardis really the best option for her? Or was Drake? Internal conflict began to swell within the girl, but all thoughts would be lost when Drake said his last sentence. "I still love you...and I'm afraid that will never change..." "Oh Drake..." She would begin, though she had no idea where she was going with this. All she knew was he couldn't, and shouldn't, love her.

Without processing the movement she would come forward, aiming to close the short distance between them. She had not intentionally touched another male besides Isardis since being claimed into Glaciem, and this close proximity felt taboo. Would her king be disappointed if she fell into the arms of another? Especially someone allied with Valhalla? The thoughts would swirl endlessly within her mind as she acted on impulse, for she would deal with the consequences later. Right now all she cared about was him. She would aim to run her plush cheek against the right side of his face with her left, tears threatening to swell within her cerulean gaze. "I am no good for you Drake. Please, you must let me go..." So many other things she wanted to say, but she knew better than to lead him on. Despite how she felt inside they could never make this work. She belonged to Isardis, she was property, and if stolen the thief would face dire consequences. She loved drake too much to see him hurt.

She could not refrain it anymore, tears began to roll down ivory cheeks as she pulled herself away from him. She would not back peddle, but instead would avert her gaze, as she did not want him to see her cry. So many things had gone wrong because of her, and now she would need to face the repercussions. She could never be with Drake and it was her own fault. "I love you Drake, and I am so sorry..." Her words would trail as she now began to sob. Never before had she cried over someone, only her mothers death had been able to break her. Now her entire world was broken because the truth had come out.
