I Want To Thank You

Ooc:: Not yet. Kyda has been very out of it / sleeping most of the time and hasn't really spoken to Shilah yet.
Honestly Kyda hadn't been expecting any other wolf to come along. His ears would perk forward as he heard the sound of an approaching wolf. He would turn soft blue orbs in that direction, expecting to find the healer who had so kindly been taking care of him. The wolf who he owed his life to. From what Kyda had noticed during his time awake not too many scents lingered in this area so wolves didn't likely frequent the place. His attention would get distracted for a moment, and he would get distracted by an insect that flew past his nose, following the bug the best he could with his eyes until it disappeared from view. For a few, long, moments the dark colored brute would watch after it, almost having a disappointed look on his face. As if he were a pup who just lost something they were playing with. It was then that a voice, so simple in greeting, would reach his ears, and Kyda would turn to look at the other male.
For a moment he watched the other brute, a smile coming to his face as his tail started to wag gently back and forth. "Hello, yes." It was clear from the look on Kyda's face that he was happy to have company, his run in with the black cat remembered, but since it wasn't another wolf that had done it the brute still naively trusted all of his kind, though he was well aware that they often got put off for some reason. The poor thing couldn't figure it out -- he was normal, to himself, in every single way. He would turn his gaze to the female who coughed. She was large, smiling and giving a greeting as well. Kyda's heart lightened a bit more. More wolves! This was definitely a good day. His ears twitched happily. "Hello, hello~~" His voice reflected his merriment at the fact others were appearing. He wouldn't be able to get up and play with them, as he was still in the healing process, and even with his damaged mind he knew better than to try and move much, or without his healer's words.
He hadn't been around too many others all that often. The wolves here weren't necessarily that eager to spend their time with him, and so far he had only chanced across meeting two males who took any time with him. But that was okay. He was sure, at some point, he would meet wolves who were like those from his old pack, and then the lost princess wouldn't feel so alone. He had picked up on, at least, that wolves didn't seem to like it so much, or at least not acknowledge it, when he mentioned his royal heritage, so he decided, for now, to leave that part out when he introduced himself. But the wolves weren't finished showing up just yet. The third to come to the part of added wolves was his healer, who Kyda looked to as he questioned him, giving a nod of his head. "Better, yes much! Skilled are quite you." He was sincere in his words, even if to the others the words would come out a jumbled mess.
