The man's demeanor was strange and took Raisa somewhat aback. There was something off about him, but the Queen could not place it right away. His words, when he spoke, seemed half planned thought and half spontaneity. Raisa blinked, ears flicking in mild confusion. "Well," she said, considering her response carefully. "You've found both. The question that remains seems to be what you plan on doing with them." Did he seek a pack to join, for sanctuary or maybe for information? Where did he come from, why did he leave? Hell, she didn't even know his name. "My name is Raisa Xanilov. You're welcome to the water, if you've a thirst. As for the pack, I may be able to answer your questions." Raisa settled herself onto her haunches, hoping to extend their conversation and figure out what exactly was off about the man. He looked her way, but did not seem overly focused on her form. Something was certainly amiss, and she was not prepared to offer him a place among her ranks until she was more certain as to its origins.
