Don't Slow Me Down

Crunching would echo through the forest as Narfi gorged herself on a doe she managed to snag a few minutes ago. The animal had given a good chase, jumping over rocks and fallen trees, weaving in and out of the trees. It had really gotten the girl's blood pumping, the thrill of the chase, heart pounding and mouth salivating at the though of when she would be able to sink her fangs into its flesh. Unfortunately for the doe however, hoof slid into a gnarled root and twisted its leg, causing the animal to come down like a sack of potatoes. The wasted no time in hoping on it, claws digging into the flesh while her jaws slammed shut on the vulnerable throat. Head would pull back, twisting and turning, ripping the flesh and causing blood to spew down and into a small pool.

She was laying beside the dead animal, jaws ripping away flesh, blood covering her mouth, throat and chest. It was amazing, the cool feeling the blood on her fur caused once hit by the air. A moan of satisfaction would escape her lips, head lifting with eyes closed, a shiver running down her spine. Very nice.
