From the back corners of her stores the tawny woman worked, sorting through old musty herbs- searching to see which herbs she would need to travel south to retrieve before the cold of winter took over the lands. The earthquake had been troubling but had displaced a large boulder, that allowed her access to a smaller cave where she had been moving all of her herbs to keep them from prying pups and guests. 'Eris.' The words would float to the back of the den, and her head would jerk suddenly, smacking the top of the cave. "Dammit." she would curse, shaking her head slightly as she backed from the cave, towards the spacious parts of her den.
Backing into the larger space, she would turn her nose filled with the scent of a pack-mate, Etern. Glancing him over, she spoke. "Etern." She would greet, her tone guarded but neutral. She hadn't had much experience with the cobalt man, so she didn't really have an opinion of him yet. "How are you doing? In a lot of pain?" She would ask, jumping straight to visit. No one ever visited her merely to talk, so he was most likely there in regards to his missing tail. |
