Jian peered at the girl as she awaited an answer to her question, realizing when she saw her confused look that the question was a strange one to ask. But, none of the less, her answer explained everything. Well, maybe not everything, but it gave her a connection. The girl went on to introduce herself and Jian realized with a start that they had never traded names. "And I'm Jian," she replied as she tried to figure out how to tell Anais about her discovery. She decided that the easiest way was to just come out and say it. Why beat around the bush? "Anais... I think we're sisters. Bane is my father too, and Nako is my brother. Well, he's your brother too, but he's my littermate." She hoped she had said it as simply as she could, watching the brown hued girl for her reaction. She had known that Bane had a mate and more pups besides her and her littermates, but she never would have thought that she would run into one of her half-siblings like this. Speech Thought Others |
