Like my mother does

Song's mind would wander to her lost family as the news of Aurora had been brought to her. The news had been so surprising and so devastating. She would see the fortune in having closure, of knowing the beautiful white temptress was gone. Her daughters and husband she knew not of their whereabouts, or even if they still found breath within their body. She would snuggle close to the growing pups that would reside within her den, fear of losing them too would grip her. As she would muse over the children who were curled around her for a moment she thought her mind would play tricks upon her. Fal'Dara's gentle song would reach out into the pack's territory, her presence being let known to her mother. A whine would fall from Song's lips as she hoped desperately that the call really had been from her yearling daughter. She would scramble from the den, finding her limbs beneath her as she swiftly brought herself to where she knew the voice had come from.?
Standing upon the horizon the sweetest vision would grace her bicolored gaze. Her daughter, safe and sound before her. She would feel her vocals let loose another whine as she galloped to her baby's side. "Fal. Fal'Dara you're okay. You're here. I've missed you so." she would lean in to embrace the girl, wanting no less than to hold her for the rest of eternity. She would save her questions and concerns, knowing she must be tired but mostly just so she could enjoy the moment with her lost daughter. So much loss had happened, her heart felt relieved to have one returned to her.?
