Wolves might all have the same sort of physiology, yes, but there are still different body types. Some are tall, short, thin, hefty, muscular, stocky, weak, frail, etc. Just like in people there's a variety of body types. And maybe some of these features make certain parts of their body stand out, like one may have too small ears or someone might never have grown into their feet and are clumsy because of it. As well, their fur may be diverse as well, some varieties being coarse, wiry, silky, smooth, easily matted, fluffy, thin. Just some things to consider.
Also, paws and legs that are a different color than the wolf's base coat are acceptable so long as the colors are within the realm of realism. So if you would like for Sable to have them you would need to decide that before she is accepted since character appearances cannot change from how they are when they are accepted with the exceptions being scars and greying due to age.
