It had taken Valeriya getting sick and Elsa dying after giving birth for Kass to realize how lucky he was to have Raise and Valeriya and all his other siblings and how he had majorly overreacted to what Val meant as a joke. Sadness had torn through him when he heard of the disease and he had been constantly digging through Elsa's old stores that she had passed down to him for him to take from in search of a cure. He didn't know much but he might just know enough. He arrived at the den where he knew Val to be resting and he stood at the entrance, a somber look on his face. "Val? Val, can I come in?" He called out in a soft coo. He had some herbs with him but he had set them on the ground so he could talk. It was to help with some of the symptoms to try and calm them, though nothing official.
