could've been a princess, you'd be a king

Simply nodding at Cataleya's first comment, Senka remained silent to allow her mother the chance to answer her first question - though at least a little bit of the answer was obvious considering the sickness that wracked her mother.Still, considering Senka wasn't in any rush and was still a little out of her comfort zone and feeling out this conversation a touch, she didn't mind letting her mother talk.
The plague had occurred only a week ago? Senka was rather surprised by this knowledge in all honesty. She had assumed that it had lasted a while now, though clearly that had been wrong. That's what she got for assuming, Senka thought wryly, ears perking towards her mother. "I'm glad, Mother." well, that her mother had been doing all right for at least a while, not that her mother had been sick. Senka was sure her mother could figure out that part at least.
At the mention of her siblings, Senka hesitated, a flurry of questions almost escaping her. However, plenty of practice in self control kept Senka from uttering a thousand questions about her siblings, new and old. "Are there others?" Did Basanti have any siblings? Senka kind of wanted to meet more of her siblings -or perhaps just revisit Sora and Zaria. They surely had a lot to catch up on, right? She had missed them too, though not as much as her mother and much more vaguely, which was saying something considering how vaguely she had missed her mother.
