The Northern terrain seemed to always be where he lingered. Although it was everywhere he seemed to be. Hansel wandered from place to place, now without his sister, however, as she still seemed to be afraid from her ordeal. He couldn't blame her, he couldn't imagine what it would be like to be enslaved and forced to what she had been through...the rage about it still lingered, and he still wanted to hurt those involved. He didn't care who they were; if they were once part of that pack he would make them regret ever being a part of such a thing. Nobody took his sister like that, and he would ensure it never happened again.

To vent out his lingering anger and hatred, he decided to go out and see who or what would cross his path. The weather was cool today, and thankfully not as unbearably hot as Summer had been. The more he walked, however, it was as if the cool air seemed to be cooling his temper. He stopped in his tracks, a deep breath pouring from his nostrils as sea blue eyes raised to the sky. Winter would be approaching soon, and he had yet to find another pack where he and his sister could reside. He missed Taurig's pack, it was a place where he felt needed and a sense of belonging. They were a family, and Hansel wished to find a place like that again. The wind would gently tug at his fur, bringing his mind back to the present. Nostrils flared as he caught scent of the wind, and with it, the scent of familiarity...

Eyes widened, what was going on here? He seemed to come across her again and again, ever since their chance encounter with the cougar. He remembered that day as if it had just happened, they fought together then helped each other survive. He watched the ivory girl running across the snow, and if not for her tail, she would have easily blended in with the snow around them. Wondering what she was doing out here, he made his way toward her in the same pace she was going. He wasn't sure why, but he was happy to see her. Everytime, even with her temper, he was always happy to see her. The male churned snow beneath his paws, and at last he had closed the distance and was practically running alongside her with a few feet of distance. "Hey, Yin! Nice to see ya' again!"
